Our stay was simply fantastic! Lorenzo was a true gentleman, ensuring we felt like family from the start. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, featuring a delightful balcony. Ideal for resting between excursions. Plus, being close to Trastevere made dining out a dream. Can’t wait to return!

The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds, ample storage, and a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying the sun. The location in Trastevere allowed easy access to all major attractions, with charming coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delightful, offering a range of pastries, jams, and exceptionally good coffee, which set a great tone for daily sightseeing.

Walls were thinner than expected.

The couple running this property is truly welcoming. they offer exceptional hospitality that makes every guest feel at home. The rooms are well-sized with luxurious bathrooms, spotlessly clean, and a delightful little balcony for relaxation. Easy access to public transport facilitates swift travel to attractions, and there's a great selection of eateries nearby, including fantastic places for smoked fish. However, a clearer entry communication could enhance the arrival experience.

I stayed in a lovely room with a charming little balcony, perfect for unwinding! The location is spot-on—truly in the heart of the action, but with a nice, quiet vibe to recharge. Everything felt so fresh and clean during my stay.

But the rooms were so spacious that I almost got lost! And let's just say, the walls could do with some soundproofing magic.

We loved our modern room with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony. Lorenzo’s coffee each morning was the best! We wandered to the Circus Maximus nearby, soaking in the history and charm of Rome while enjoying family time together.

My kids wished for an earlier breakfast option.

The Double Room with Balcony was really nice! Spacious, modern, and clean, with a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. We loved having a mini fridge and the little balcony was perfect for chilling out in the sun. The shower was great too, which was a plus. Just a short walk to the busy Trastevere neighborhood for food and drinks. Definitely felt like a cozy home away from home.

Had an amazing 4-night stay! The breakfast was so delicious with fresh pastries and outstanding coffee. The balcony in my room was perfect for unwinding, but I wished the breakfast hours were earlier.

Family with children should definitely consider this

The hospitality from Lorenzo and Sonia was remarkable! ! They treated us like family from the moment we arrived, engaging with us about our plans and offering great advice on local attractions.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but totally worth it.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host who ensured our stay was enjoyable. The Double Room with Balcony was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony to relax on. It's a short walk to the vibrant Trastevere area with numerous restaurants and bars, and the breakfast was delightful, featuring delicious pastries and coffee.

Would have preferred an earlier breakfast start.
